PPTMerge merges your data into your PowerPoint presentations. It has two modes:In Slides Mode, you start with a single slide. PPTMerge creates a new presentation with an identical slide for each record in your merge data.
In Presentations Mode, you start with a multi-slide presentation. PPTMerge creates a new identical presentation for each record in your merge data.
In either mode, PPTMerge reads your data file (in Excel, CSV or tab-delimited format) and picks up your field names from the first row of data.
It then searches your original template presentation for these field names and wherever it finds them, substitutes your new data. It can also look for special picture placeholders and substitute image files specified in your data file.
Visit the PPTools Merge site for a complete tutorial and a free downloadable demo version. The demo is identical to the full version but stamps each generated slide with the word DEMO.
